What it actually does

Three things decide whether they call you.

Somebody with a problem looks you up, searches for what you do, and checks that your details are right. Most companies do well on one of the three and fall behind on the other two. This handles all three, every week, without taking your time.

Social Presence

Credible content, in your name

  • Reads your site, your photo library and this week's local signals
  • Writes the post and draws the artwork in your own brand colours
  • Lands in a queue you approve, or publishes itself if you turn that on

AI, Search and Rankings

Ranking for what gets typed

  • A weekly audit of your own site: positions, clicks, what moved
  • Names the pages that are slipping and what to change on them
  • Turns the gaps into briefs — pages to fix, pages you do not have yet

Directory Listings

Right on every directory

  • Google Business Profile, Yelp, Angi, LinkedIn, Thomasnet and 60 more
  • Flags what is unclaimed, what disagrees and what is missing
  • Writes each description to that directory's own limit, ready to paste

Be honest about the options

You have four choices and you already know three of them.

The uncomfortable bit

Most trade businesses barely post, and few people see it.

We read two dozen contractors end to end before writing a line of this: their sites, their socials, their reviews. One had been in business since 1980 and had 191 followers. Another had posted 719 times and still nobody was listening.

It is not that contractors are bad at marketing. Posting well takes about an hour a day, and paying jobs come first.

Meanwhile a newer company that posts every week is the one customers have heard of.

What good looks like

Customers see your work all year

So when they need you, they already know your name.

Your people appear in your posts

Customers want to see who they will be dealing with.

You post about what is happening

Storms, heat, new rules, material prices. Posts go out while they are relevant.

You show up when they search

Ranking for the job they need, with the same details on every directory.

Why it doesn't sound like everyone else

Most tools write about your trade.
This one writes about your area.

Generic posts like “5 home maintenance tips for fall” get scrolled past. Posts about local conditions get read, like a Portland roofer posting that the rainy season starts in three weeks.

On the same day, an HVAC company in Anaheim gets a post about the offshore winds that clog air filters, and a safety supplier in Ohio gets one about OSHA's heat inspections, which run on heat-advisory days. Generic tools do not have this data.

Portland, Oregon

Rain

90% of the year's 36 inches falls between mid-October and mid-May. Three dry weeks left.

Anaheim, California

Wind

Offshore pattern from late September. Canyon gusts of 60 to 80 mph through November.

The work

Not five templates with your logo dropped in.

Every one of these has a different structure, because the layout is generated the same way the words are. Ask for a new kind of post in plain English and you get one. Scroll the rail, or click any of them to read it properly.

Every company shown here is invented, along with its town, its reviews and its weather. Your posts use your own photography, because a real job always beats a generated one and anyone in the trade can tell the difference.

Who is behind this

We did the homework before we wrote the software.

Before any of this existed we went through two dozen contractors properly — every page of their sites, every social account, their reviews, the colours in their logos — to work out whether the problem was real and whether software could honestly help with it.

It is new, and we would rather tell you that than dress up a launch as a track record. What we can show you is the work, on your own company, before you give us anything at all.

Questions people actually ask

The awkward ones first.

How is this different from a $39 posting tool?+

Those tools write about your trade in general. They do not know your local weather, your reviews or how long you have been in business. We read your website, your photos and the weather where you actually work, and every post comes out in your colours. They also stop at posts — nothing in a $39 scheduler tells you which of your pages is slipping down Google or that your Yelp listing still has the old phone number. If generic posts at $39 are enough for you, genuinely, buy those instead.

What does this replace, and what did that cost?+

Three line items, usually. A marketing agency for the content, $750 to $3,500 a month — full-service retainers reach $8,000 before ad spend. An SEO consultant for the site. And a citation service for the directories, or nobody at all, which is the common answer. We sit in between on purpose, from $199 to $799, and do all three: agency-quality output without an agency's hours in it.

Do I have to approve every post?+

Only if you want to. By default, posts wait in a queue in your brand with the caption written, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Edit a word, change the date or delete it. If you would rather not review each one, turn on automatic publishing.

What if I have no decent photos of my work?+

Most of the layouts do not need one. For the ones that do, we can generate stand-in photography of work like yours while you build up your own library — never with a face in it, only crews from behind, hands on tools or boots on a job site, and always labelled in your library so you know which is which. Your own photo beats a generated one every time, and anyone in the trade can tell the difference.

Will it sound like me or like a robot?+

You tell it how you talk and it writes that way. More usefully, it writes about specific things: your local weather, your recent jobs and your customers' reviews. Specific posts do not read like a robot wrote them.

What happens to my posts if I cancel?+

They are yours. Download everything, keep posting them, nothing is held hostage. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks, no phone call and no retention specialist.

Your work is good.
Make sure people see it.

Leave your email and your website. We read your site first, so your first posts are about your jobs rather than your trade in general.
